“good place and good opportunity to build a portfolio”
Current Employee – been working at ITV
Pros – friendly co-workers, kind managers, overall it is a good environment to work in
Cons – Very big and complex place making the communication difficult and inneficient sometimes.
Advice to Senior Management – Get closer to the employees to find out what is really happening instead of relying on line managers feedback
