I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Plenty of learning opportunites.
Good technical programs for employees (redbooks, certifications)
Technical career path.
Cons – Low salary.
Low salary increase curve.
Too many levels of management and approvals.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
