Current Employee – been working at IBM full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – - Good support of your personal development
 - Multicultural environment with possibility to work with basically any country
 - Possibility of changing your field of expertise, once you're not satisfied with your current one, or you're just simply burned out
 - Good working atmosphere

Cons – - Bureaucracy
 - Absurdly huge processes, that don't have practical use

Advice to Senior Management – - Watch your people better, make the best people advance - not the loudest one
 - Listen to the voice of lower management more often
 - There are many better places for saving
