    Pros

    Best thing at IBM is Work From Home Option , It is good company if you want work life balance.

    Cons

    You wont be paid very well and making a God Father is most important to grow and survive.

    Get some new projects , specially in NCR region.

    I have been working at IBM full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    opportunity to learn and grow; Good money; Great culture in the team and the department. I learned a lot while working there. Will miss the company.

    Cons

    Can't think of anything that is bad. Maybe more fun activities needed after work, such as PIng pong table, etc
