People are treated as commodities and not invested in; compensation low compared to peers cos.

ProsAbility to get a broad base of experience(s). Overall great coworkers...middle management has no ability to do anything expect inspect everything. Too many people, in sales roles, working form home and claiming credit for stuff versus making it happen.

ConsBureaucracy, constant micromanagement, too many people get paid on sales deals that have nothing to do with them.

Advice to Senior ManagementRewarded the true performers.
