I worked at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Benefits are excellent and treated staff very well. They are flexible if you have personal issues and they keep you informed of major decisions that can affect your at the company. The attorneys that I supported were excellent to work for.

Cons

Low pay and that's about it. Some of the red tape was annoying. The IT systems could have been better which is difficult given the size of the firm to change and update quickly. There were more efficient ways of doing things.
