    Pros

    Great products and history. Current CEO seems to be getting company back on track and reinvesting in R&D. Cools products in development..

    Cons

    Management seems more interested in how they are perceived vs. care and feeding of their employees. Goaling, etc. does not always seem fair and equitable across teams.

    Flexible schedule
    Managers try to match work roles to strengths or desires of team members. Grow in the direction that you wish to go at the pace you want to go at.
    Team and company activities (parties/beer busts/hikes/picnics) to boost morale
    Great, intelligent people to work with
    Casual dress

    Cons

    Tight schedules. Reality of program risk highly filtered before it reaches upper management.
