    Pros

Great environment, mature employee engagement program, implements best practices, good enough benefits, nice facilities

    Cons

Poor compensation / salary, unpaid overtime, puts premium on going overtime

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rate your employees fairly. The department that performs well shouldn't be affected by the department that performed poorly

Current Employee - Administrative Assistant in Palo Alto, CA (US)

    Pros

The people are nice, the on site health clinic in palo alto.

    Cons

Salaries are not competitive, constant change makes you feel scared all the time. Managers are always cya-ing and that means the chaos rolls down hill. Not real empowerment at an individual level, again the management has to cya all the time, and therefore wont let you do your job. Who is your boss anyway, there have to be at least 5 people at any time checking on you, thinking they are above you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut management layers, not the people who do the job. Laying of thousands of people at the bottom won't turn this company around. Take a hard look at the management level, where you are no doubt hemorrhaging large amounts of money in perks and cash.
