“Used to be a good company”

Pros – They had some pretty decent perks. Company cars were available for those in customer-facing roles. Telecommuting was a nice perk as well.
Cons – Constant reorganization. Every year there was a reorganization that mostly was unproductive and a tremendous distraction for the work for.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop the never ending allocation of sales accounts for account managers.
