    Pros

    Great people offerings and legacy. The company offers a wide range of technology solutions. The company also has a distinct market cache as the original "Garage" start-up.

    Cons

    The company is unstable at the moment but Meg Whitman is committed to improving the performance and perception of the company.

    Pros

    Good Training given by the right people at the right time,keeping confidentiality and encourage the people towards their improvements.

    Cons

    Pay Hikes are slow in BPO sector.

    Rating of Self-Appraisal by the Team Leader and in turn it should be validated by the Project Lead which will have the accountability for the Team Leader and Delegation power and its impact to the Team Memebrs(BPO,I mean)
