    Pros

    Flexible work time. As long as you get the job done. Rather independent working style. Limited supervision. Very little politics, everyone will help each other. Constant review of work performance and feedback from bosses.

    Workload is usually manageable.

    Cons

    Pay and bonuses are not fantastic. Company isnt doing very well recently.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Cut the upper management head count. And hire lesser pple.

    Stability, human resources department is great, engagement activities and benefits

    Cons

    Salaries have being slowed down for the last 3 years
    Company cut the budget for professional certifications
    Career path changes have become really hard to get, due slow company growth
    Too many tools, tasks and mandatory tracking that add no value to our departments

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest on people, they dont have to give us everything but either work on career or salary.
