    Positive atmosphere, various benefits and team events, reasonable and caring management, importance on standards of business conduct.

    Cons

    Unclear company strategy, fire & forget projects, scattered information, disconnected divisions and internal rivalry, indian IT & business support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Investigate and develop information flow instead of creating artificial processes. Do not rely just on annual Voice of Workforce. Redesign teams and job responsibilities with more independence given to lower management to counter the lack of flexibility of huge company. Define and adhere to a clear company strategy - follow a vision, not shareholders.
