Pros

Lot of new and upcoming divisions such as Vertica, Autonomy, etc to work for.

Cons

Bureaucracy plagues many divisions and activities.

    Pros

    - good culture and fun place to work
    - great managers who not only care about your work achievement but also your well being
    - good opportunity for career development and learning

    Cons

    - base pay not competitive
    - pathetic pay increment and bonus

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - too big hierarchy (too many layers of senior managements). Therefore too many bureaucracy
    and company moving direction is too slow. The organization structure should be leaner and more streamlined.
