Current Employee – been working at Hertz full-time for more than a year
Pros – Bonuses are performance based and are very generous; at Branch Manager level, a free car, free gas, and free insurance are provided. Lots of opportunities for advancement.
Cons – There is too much inefficiency; too many conference calls, too many emails, too much time wasted bringing cars in when needed.
Advice to Senior Management – Overall a good company to work for, eliminate some of the inefficiencies and it will be a great company to work for.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
