A solid organization

I have been working at Hertz full-time for more than 3 years

ProsAfter three years of working with this organization I could not be happier. Those who work hard are rewarded with promotions and upward movement with in the organization. There is a lot of forward momentum in expanding, growing and bringing on new ideas to market the company which only leads to new opportunities to grow within the organization.

ConsAt times it does run into a bit of longer hours, but again the hardwork is rewarded.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Hello Hertz, Goodbye Life

I have been working at Hertz full-time for less than a year


Pros: -good discount on cars -weekly paychecks Cons: -big paychecks are because you will be doing so much overtime (nights, weekends AND holidays) you no longer have a life, way too much mandatory… Advice to Senior Management: Treat and train your employees better so they don't quit, leaving others to get mandatories until they burn out and… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Too Little Staff with Too Much to Do

Pros: Good people to work with, bonus is good if you… Cons: Hourly pay is laughable, expect you to run a branch on your own at $10/hr. Promise you bonus's but never follow through - then… Advice to Senior Management: Look closely when promoting area managers, some are good, but some couldn't complete a contract if their life depended on it. Area… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
