Current Employee – been working at Hertz

Pros – Great people who are all focused on succeeding, freedom to do or try new initiatives, always learning and many options for personal development through courses, projects and new programs

Cons – Not much guidance provided, learn-as-you-go culture, too many initiatives that constantly change, overly strong focus on stock price and financials, need a better work/life balance program

Advice to Senior Management – Ask for feedback and recommendations from the employees who deal directly with customers. Pick one or two key initiatives and stick with them for at least a year, if not longer.
