Current Employee – been working at HealthFitness full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Decent flexibility, great advancement opportunities, passionate coworkers that want to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of people.
Cons – Pay and benefits are poor.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay based upon performance. Your best employees deserve better raises and salary adjustments.
