Current Employee – been working at Hays plc full-time for more than a year

Pros – great culture, Hays gives the best training in the industry, moderate work life balance, interesting and dynamic work

Cons – high turnover, low job security, overly profit driven

Advice to Senior Management – Reward more based on effort as opposed to actual profit earned
