Current Employee – been working at H E B part-time for more than a year

Pros – There is lots of room for advancement. They have leadership work shops and management training programs. If you want to move up all you have to do is ask.

Cons – Work load is not evenly distributed. Often time the ones doing all of the work get blamed for the ones not doing their share of the work.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay close attention to who is doing their job and who isn't. This will help address the work load issues.
