I have been working at Goldman Sachs as an intern for less than a year

Pros – This firm is very well respected in the industry, so your experience with them will be professionalizing. There is a steep learning curve and you are afforded a lot of responsibility very early on, but as a result you learn concrete and marketable skills.

Cons – The firm culture engenders a very cut-throat competitive environment, at least among junior employees. It is a strenuous work schedule due to late nights and early morinings.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
