Hands on engineering
Overtime
Testing next year's vehicles

Average Pay (although overtime opportunities are good)
Site buildings are terrible
Catering facilities awful

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Site officies require complete overhaul to enhance professionalism and attractiveness. Placement schemes are very good, and it is a friendly environment.

    Up to date hardware and software. Good Pay and Benefits
    Good job training

    Processes change with the wind.
    Constant organizational re-orgs
    Poor employee recognitions
    Old school culture

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the employees suggestions as many are also consumers of your products.
    Times have changed. Perhaps bench-marking some of the newer large and profiting companies for up-to-date successful new age styles of managing employees would help this company a lot.
