“great company overall but different in all areas”
Former Employee – worked at Frito-Lay full-time
Pros – great company, decent pay, flexibility, good for relationship building and networking in community and good resume builde
Cons – advancement opportunities are available but you must be willing to relocate to undesirable locations, advancement opportunities are rare, must work holidays and be on call 24/7 for emergencies
