“A great place to build a career”
Current Employee – been working at Ford Motor full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Management empowers its employees while providing excellent on the job training. There is a business like atmosphere but the people treat you like family.
Cons – Employee relations seems to be trying to driving everyone to the midpoint of the salary range. It can be very discouraging.
Advice to Senior Management – Leave more room in performance reporting to diferentiate top employees. Either you are the very best or you are lumped in with 90% of the employees
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
