I worked at Flextronics full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – good employee compensation and benefits.
Cons – strong office politic from top management. yelling and screaming working culture.
Advice to Senior Management – be more proffesional.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
