I have been working at Fidelity Investments

Pros

Absolutely great people and good culture with good profit sharing.

Cons

They do not pay competitively and are on the low end. Raises are nothing to write home about. One needs to leave here and come back to get a significant bump in pay.

I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Salary and bonuses are nice

    Cons

Environment is horrible. You are a resource not a person. Its all about self promotion. If you are a technical person, you will likely be managed by people who have no technical background. No HR presence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Evaluate your middle management to make sure they are doing the best for the company instead of themselves. Let HR actually have a presence and some power to at least investigate areas of high turnover.
