I have been working at Feld Entertainment
Pros – Coworkers, great Brands, opportunity to get involved with a lot of different aspects of the business
Cons – Employee benefits aren't great. Salaries are despicably low. The workload is not compatable with the salary.
Advice to Senior Management – Invest in your employees
