“Some pros, some cons”
I have been working at Federal Reserve Bank (NY)
Pros – Interesting work, committed and motivated coworkers, social, work/life balance
Cons – many talented people but their skills and capabilities are not always used efficiently; rigid structure; some rules that clearly dont work but still take a long time to reform
