    Pros

Secure place to work, many challenges

    Cons

Payment is low when you worked there long, no system to pick up old employees ending up behind all others.

    Advice to Management

Take care of old employees, I quit because salary stood still, while new employees that came in got way higher salary. I know many other employees in same position.

    Pros

Good experience for someone just coming into the job force. You will learn how to interact with customers and deal with the general public. You will learn some basic sales techniques and how to up-sell products. You will also learn some basic computer skills and project management skills to put onto a resume. There are also pretty good medical and 401k benefits.

    Cons

There is a large learning curve and allot is expected of you as you will be filling many roles without allot of time to learn all that is needed to do your job.

    Advice to Management

I would recommend to get back to the system to where everybody has their position and did it very well instead of all employees doing all things.
