I have been working at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This place has very competitive salary in comparison to other hotels in the area. They also have a very good benefit program. With their extensive network of hotel in its brand, the room for advancement from within is certainly there.

    Cons

There is a recent effort to upsell the brand for this particular hotel. The stress level, passed down from the top down, has gone up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are some natural strengths for this place. Take full advantage of them instead of trying to be what you're not going to be.
