Current Employee – been working at FTI Consulting full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Get full spectrum of corporate finance from treasury to FP&A to capital raising/M&A/divestiture
High degree of interaction with senior management of clients
Have chance to work with middle market and large cap
Work on some of the most significant bankruptcies
Cons – Travel requirements
Deals are dependent on strength of your manager and your standing with the manager
Advice to Senior Management – Be more flexible about travel needs
Need to put comp more inline with competitors
