I have been working at FDIC

    Pros

The Corporation has a high level of concern for customers and employees. They are fair and reward employees for hard work.

    Cons

The Corporation monitors and enforces banking regulations so employment opportunities change with the market conditions which may not be inline with your personal goals.

    Pros

    Location, Food, Pay, Benefits, Building

You must know the non-written rules before you can be successful.
HQ has very few college grads so it’s not a great place for young professionals and new ideas.

    Cons

Can be a very political environment.
