ProsCustomer facing sellers get leased cars

ConsLayoffs are a common management tool

Advice to Senior ManagementMan or (wo)man up! If you have an employee that needs feedback - give it to them and allow them the time to restore confidence rather than lay them off! I never saw such disfunctional behavior from senior executives in my life!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Nice company but a tough environment
