Pros – Evergreen is such a great place to work. Everyone is friendly and feel so satisfied at the end of your shift.

Cons – Volunteer work.
Not very much communication between management and employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Give more feedback to your volunteers. They want to know how they're doing.
