Current Employee – been working at Ernst & Young full-time for less than a year

Pros – Company culture is really good, people are great, very helpful and good mentors. Projects are good and challenging.

A perfect firm to start a career. No boundaries for how much you want to learn or what you want to learn.

Cons – Salary is little less than what other companies are offering in the industry but company gives very good raises as you go up in the corporate ladder...

Advice to Senior Management – Doing great job!! keep it up....
