“Solid place to build a career”
Current Employee – been working at Ernst & Young full-time for less than a year
Pros – great potential for growth within the company and even better opportunities for great career possibilities after.
Cons – can sometimes be lost in the "crowd" and have to work extremely hard to separate yourself from the pack.
Advice to Senior Management – spend more time with employees
