Current Telecom leader. Huge Opportunities with lots of variations and lots of groups/swim lanes etc.

Changes can take time with huge employee data base. You really have to do well to stand up in that sea of employees.

I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    No Working Time schedule.
    No Dress Codes.

    Cons

When you enter here, they promise you to give lots of perks. But ultimately, they don't really fulfill those. In fact, there are NO perks basically. So, just don't believe what HRs are saying.
