I have been working at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

On the Global Scale: Proactive decision making. Leading innovator. These qualities will help Ericsson maintain its leadership and survive tough market.

    Cons

Ericsson is cutting back on employee benefits through policies, compensation offered and cutbacks in facilities at workspace to remain competitive & cut costs in most regions. This hurts employee morale and repels top talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue the focus on services and innovation. The vision of a networked society where all devices are connected will come true. Ericsson must play a vital role in providing and enabling this network for its own good.
