Pros

Changes are good. It seems that company is working on strategy.

Cons

The communication process seems too mechanical and web based.

Advice to Management

Need more discussion from the local leaders and inform the changes to the employees. Also, the employees should get more information how they can participate in the fastest growing segments of the business.

    Pros

Was my first time working for a major multinational, was great experience.

    Cons

Noting bad really, though very factory like, most likely from Ericsson's history from been a hardware company. They haven't really got the whole software culture thing yet.
