I worked at Ericsson-Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

you learn what corporation means, you share wide cultural knowledge, you will have a big mame in your CV, learn a lot of technologies and tools, access to expensive trainings

    Cons

travel in hostile environments because you take those people jobs, technical coordinators are in a lot of cases non technical at all or inexperienced, opinion does not matter, most of the people hired in Romania are students at first job, on call is very tiring, big discrepancies in salaries for the same position and seniority, who has the smaller salary gets the biggest raise in order to catch up so results does not matter, managers are tottalinexperienced

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

promote results, hire with proper salaries, hire managers not jokes, try to make people as happy as they were before the crisis

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
