“This company is just okay....”
Current Employee – been working at Elekta full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – good benefits, decent pay...that's all.
Cons – not a place for people who want to grow. Bad upper management.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop promoting your friends and start hiring people with talent.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
