Pros

A lot of cool perks, gymnasium, soccer field, a lot decent of local discounts.
Depending on your team, really fun work environment.
Fun work, and challenging. Learning new things every day.
Great team building events, almost every week.

Cons

Too much management.
Lack of creative control for developers.
Too much red tape to get a major decision done fast.

Advice to Management

Listen a little closer to the consumers

    Pros

    - Great Facility - Library to borrow games/movies/books for reference or personal, Company Store for cheap games, Cafeteria that has decent food, arcade, foosball and pool tables, TVs above the urinals.
    - High budget projects - It's an awesome experience to be part of AAA development.
    - Great stepping stone for someone entering the Game Industry

    Cons

    - Mad OT
    - Company politics, more than the norm
    - Ratio for project manager to worker bee is almost laughable.
    - Easy for people to not pull their weight, since teams are larger

    Advice to Management

Take care of talent and make sure they're happy and not burnt out.

    Pros

    Nice people to meet.
    Was good few years
Overtime added up to your vacations
    Good workspace and equipment

    Cons

When times go bad it is a bad time to be
    Lots of career politics
    Overtimes
Lack of long term goals. Invest in a foundation more now, so it will pay longer term. Rather than quickly patch up this Frankenstein for a "his Majesty" today and it goes down the drain tomorrow at best
Stupid "My game plan" self review each year.
Left hand does not know what right hand does.

    Advice to Management

"My game plan" - it is useless. It might be used to show the employee it's place to be and be humble. However, this mist is quickly blown away if employee will attach what competitors are offering. Market dictates a price for the head, not a MPG
