I have been working at Eaton full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Provides excellent training and development opportunities.
    Supports employees in stretch assignments.
Strong values-based culture. Strong emphasis on ethics.
"One Eaton" philosophy ensures common business practices and alignment across all our business units.

    Cons

    Conservative and slow in decision-making.
We have an Inclusion and Diversity initiative, yet we preach the Eaton culture and try to "Eatonize" all our acquisitions - slightly oxymoronic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes we need to react and make decisions faster as the external environment is very dynamic. We cannot always afford to wait to obtain consensus as we risk missing opportunities. Perhaps we can prioritize and empower the key stakeholders.
