    I have been working at EY full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Flexibility, good growth, exposure, learning, lots of training, opportunities abroad, great locations and nice offices, cool and young colleagues, opportunities to change service line.

    Cons

    During busy season it is needed to work many extra hours (not paid), low initial payment, too much politics, so much rotation.
