    I have been working at EY full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great place to work in a dynamic and epic team. Much to learn as audit support will prepare you to do advisory work and they both provide much knowledge and experience.

    Cons

    Long working hours. Though the management did put in much effort to balance work and life. The nature of work is tedious and time consuming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to work on work life balance and provide for advisory opportunity.

    Pros

    plenty of opportunities, great co -workers, some really brilliant people

    Cons

    fair share of dumb and incompetent people; people who are getting promoted even though they barely understand how to manage a project , let alone manage teaming etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    do not encourage a promotion system where people are promoted because of no. of years at the firm, but rather, should be on skills.
