I have been working at EY full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Beginning Pay ranges and immediate successes are almost certain. Long term retention and career success requires "right place / right time" and a little backstabbing to get there.

    Cons

Unrewarding work / life balance. By Year 10 the career plateaus. Unappreciative client base and managers make life difficult. Better than prvious opportunity at Toilet and Douche but looking for career change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow support team to reap the rewards, they made you look good.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

Ernst & Young is a good company to work for, however auditing is not rewarding.
