work like dogs at short notice / then let down for weeks

I have been working at EY full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Has secondment assignments, equal opportunity employer.

    Cons

Low increase in salary, bonus is dependent on Partner's discretion, some Partner's and Manager's do not have managerial and/or client relationship skills, expect politics as promotion is based on nationalities (not performance wise), hard to transfer into different business line.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Prmotion should be based on performance and not on nationalities or race. (e.g. British, Pakistani or Indian partner will always promote their friends)

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
