“DMA rewards hard work.”
Current Employee – been working at DuCharme McMillen
Pros – DuCharme, McMillen's culture is one of integrity and honesty and they place a high value on work ethics. Successful employees work hard and are financially rewarded well for their hard work. The company is small enough that you are able to get to know employees across the company.
Cons – Sometimes it is difficult to maintain a good work-life balance.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to be open in communications with employees.
