ProsGreat place to work, easy work. usually Mon -Fri. Summer months can get real busy, insurance is pretty good. Lots and lots of training, which has come in real handy at times.

ConsNo room for advancement. Summer months are 12 to 15 hours a day with no overtime,no comp days, no nothing...

Advice to Senior ManagementGive bonuses to the Supervisors,and bring up the salary to current levels. It would be nice to meet
upper management once in a while

    Fantastic and fun place to work with some great people, you just need to look out for the bad apples (managers).

    Pros: I would like to put some pros but there simply… Cons: employees over the age of 50 have a target backs, they are forced to do double work and are frequently threatened .
