“Great Experience”
I worked at Disney full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Standard of excellence is phenominal. Tremendous to be part of such success, innovation and creativity. Excellent benefits and perks. Wonderful Brand Pride. Grateful for the opportunity to work for such an great group
Cons – Favoritism and Politics from middle management.
