Current Employee – been working at Disney full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great work/life balance, amazing product, fantastic name recognition, confident in our leadership.
Cons – For many positions, does not pay as well as other organizations. Additionally, this review is based on a salary, manager-level position and does not speak to all roles within the company.
