    Pros

Free access to the parks, good medical benefits and local discounts. Great program for counselig and seeking help. Free slip resistant shoes in certain departments.

    Cons

No possibility of a raise if you do better than others. Too big. Get lost in the mix easily, low pay, bad costumes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you appreciate everyone. I was a leader at Disney and an hourly cast member. I noticed how some leaders don't give the hard working hourly employees the credit for running the entire operation and its sometimes given to the leaders and coordinators instead. Without the front line cast, you would be nowhere.
